Event photography and coverage in Dubai
An event doesn't end when the room empties. Photography and video carry its moments beyond the venue. We cover launches, conferences, activations and openings across the Emirates, from the planning before the day to the edit afterwards.
What is included
Coverage built around the event.
We go through the venue and schedule with you, identifying the moments that matter most. The crew and coverage plan follow from that.
A crew sized to the venue.
A single room and a multi-space activation need different coverage. The crew is built around the event, with multiple cameras and aerial photography where the venue permits it.
Discretion where it matters.
Guest lists, unannounced appearances and information under embargo stay private until they're cleared for release. We've covered arrivals where identities were held back until the official announcement.
Same-day edits and the full gallery.
Where agreed in advance, an editor can prepare content while the event is still running. The complete photography and video delivery follows afterwards.
How coverage runs
Venue access, permits, crew arrangements and the event schedule are agreed beforehand, whether the coverage takes place in Dubai or another emirate. On the day, the crew works around the event as it unfolds. Afterwards, the footage is organised, edited and delivered in the agreed formats.

Common questions
Can we get content out during the event?
Yes, where same-day edits have been agreed in advance. An editor works on site, and cuts come to you for approval before publication.
Can you cover more than one venue in a day?
Yes. Coverage can be planned across multiple venues, with teams assigned or moved according to the schedule.
How many people will be on the crew?
The crew size is agreed against the venue and the event schedule. A single-room event needs a different team from a multi-space activation.
Do you shoot outside Dubai?
Yes. We cover events across all seven emirates, including permits, venue access and travel arrangements.
